At MarkonDiGi, we believe talent is not defined by circumstances — it is defined by mindset.
Today, we are proud to share the story of one of our creative team members, Akshat Rastogi, a freelance graphic designer whose journey reflects resilience, strategy, and creative brilliance.

Rooted in Varanasi, Built on Perspective
Akshat, 27, was born and raised in Varanasi — a city where spirituality meets timeless tradition. Growing up in a place where every sunrise feels meaningful and every street carries history shaped his perspective early in life.
Varanasi teaches patience.
It teaches depth.
It teaches you to observe before you act.
And observation later became one of Akshat’s greatest strengths as a designer.
Turning Diagnosis into Determination
At a very young age, Akshat was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a condition that limited his mobility and made traditional schooling difficult.
For many, this would seem like a setback.
For Akshat, it became a foundation.
Completing his education from home didn’t isolate him — it strengthened him. It taught him:
Independence
Self-discipline
Deep thinking
Quiet observation
Problem-solving without external dependency
When your learning environment is different, your mindset evolves differently.
Instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me?”
Akshat chose to ask, “How can this be solved?”
That single shift in thinking defined his future.
Falling in Love with Problem-Solving
Living with SMA meant facing daily challenges. But challenges didn’t frustrate him — they fascinated him.
He began enjoying the process of:
Breaking problems into smaller parts
Understanding patterns
Finding smarter alternatives
Thinking creatively under limitations
And unknowingly, he was developing the exact mindset required for design thinking.
Because at its core, design is not about decoration.
It is about solving communication problems.
Discovering Graphic Design as a Strategic Tool
For Akshat, graphic design is not about colors or fonts alone.
It is about clarity.
It is about identity.
It is about impact.
A brand needs positioning.
A product needs personality.
A campaign needs emotion.
Each requirement is a puzzle — and Akshat loves puzzles.
He began exploring layouts, typography, branding systems, packaging ideas, and digital creatives. Over time, he realized something powerful:
Good design is strategy made visible.
Every visual he creates aims to:
Communicate clearly
Think structurally
Solve a brand’s challenge
Deliver emotional connection
That’s what makes him an asset to the MarkonDiGi creative ecosystem.
Chess: Where Strategy Meets Creativity
Beyond design, Akshat has another passion — chess.
And if you understand chess, you understand Akshat.
Chess teaches:
Patience
Long-term thinking
Calculated risk
Observation before execution
Every move matters.
Every decision has consequences.
In many ways, chess mirrors branding strategy. You don’t just make a move — you plan three ahead.
Chess trained his mind to think strategically.
Design gave that strategy a visual language.
When Limitations Expand Imagination
Physical limitations can shrink your world — or expand your imagination.
For Akshat, imagination became limitless.
Today, he approaches every design project with:
Calm thinking
Strategic intent
Structured creativity
Logical execution
He doesn’t see obstacles.
He sees design challenges waiting to be solved.
And that mindset aligns perfectly with MarkonDiGi’s philosophy — empowering talent beyond physical boundaries.
Growing Together at MarkonDiGi
At MarkonDiGi, we believe digital platforms create equal opportunities. Talent does not need a physical office — it needs the right ecosystem.
Akshat represents that belief beautifully.
His journey reminds us that:
Creativity is not restricted by mobility.
Strategy is built in the mind, not the body.
Growth begins with mindset.
He continues to learn, experiment, and refine his craft — contributing to brand identities, social creatives, and design strategies that help businesses grow digitally.
Life as the Ultimate Design Project
In Akshat’s words:
“Life Itself is the Biggest Design Project.”
And perhaps that is the most powerful takeaway.
Every challenge is a brief.
Every obstacle is a draft.
Every success is a final execution.
We are proud to have Akshat Rastogi as part of the MarkonDiGi team — not just for his design skills, but for the mindset he brings every single day. Because true creativity is not about tools.
It is about perspective.
